Rules & refunds

Pre-launch information. Event-specific terms and the organiser’s final refund policy will be published before paid registrations open.

Know your competition

Each competition lists its format, roster size, schedule, prize details, and rules. Read those details before registering. Squad captains submit the full roster and make one payment for their team.

Play fair

Use the Free Fire account you registered. Cheats, emulators where prohibited, account substitution, deliberate teaming, and harassment are not permitted. Follow the organiser’s instructions and respect other players.

Payment and confirmation

A slot is confirmed only after the payment is verified. A bank debit or a closed checkout screen alone does not confirm entry. Check My Entries for the latest status before paying again.

Cancelled matches and unallocated payments

If an event is cancelled, or a successful payment cannot be allocated a slot, the payment is queued for a full refund. The organiser processes it through the payment provider. An initiated refund is shown separately from a completed refund; processing time depends on the payment method and provider.

Match coordination

Confirmed entrants can access the event’s WhatsApp invitation from their entry page. Join the group for room details and timing. Do not share private room or group information with unregistered players.
